Blue Blazer Recipe
Ingredients
2 oz whisky
6 oz water
1 sugar cube (optional)
Method and Instructions for mixing:
boil whisky and water in seprate glasses, ignite whisky, slowly mix whisky and water and stir few times. Serve in Shot Glass
1940s Blue Blazer
Ingredients
2 1/2 oz rye or bourbon whiskey
2 1/2 oz boiling water
1 tsp powdered sugar
lemon peel
Drink Recipe
Use two large silver-plated mugs, with handles. Put the whiskey in one mug, and the boiling water into the other, ignite the whiskey and, while blazing, mix both ingredients by pouring them from one mug to the other. If well done, this will have the appearance of a continued stream of liquid fire. Sweeten with sugar and serve with a piece of lemon peel. Serve in a four-ounce stemmed mug.

California Dream
Ice cubes
2 measures 1800 Silver Tequila
1 measure Martini & Rossi rosso vermouth
½ measure Martini & Rossi dry vermouth
1 maraschino cherry
Fill the mixing glass half full with ice cubes. Pour on the rosso vermouth, dry vermouth and tequila.
Stir well and strain into a Martini glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
Chambord & Champagne(Sparkling Wine)
Glass: Champagne Flute
1/8th shot Chambord
Top with sparkling wine
Method: Add Chambord to bottom of lute and top with sparkling wine.
Garnish: Float Raspberry
Czarina
1 measure/1 ½ tbsp vodka
½ measure/2 tsp apricot brandy
½ measure/2 tsp dry vermouth
dash Angostura bitters
Stir all the ingredients well with ice in a cocktail shaker, and then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Diabolo
Crushed ice
2 measures rum
½ measure triple sec
or Cointreau
½ measure dry vermouth
2 drops bitters
orange twist
Place crushed ice in your cocktail shaker and pour in the vermouth, triple sec or Cointreau, and rum. Add the bitters and shake. Strain and pour into a martini glass with a bit of the crushed ice and garnish with the orange twist.
Fresca Martini
1 ½ shots citrus vodka
½ shot Homemade Sour Mix*
2 shots Ruby Red
Grapefruit Juice
¾ shot Chambord
¾ shot 7UP
Method: Shake first four ingredients with ice and strain into Martini glass. Top with 7UP
Garnish: Lemon twist
*1 part fresh squeezed lemon juice, 1 part fresh squeezed lime juice, 3 parts water, 1 part water
Polish Martini
2 oz. Zubrowka Vodka
1 oz. Krupnik Vodka
1 oz. fresh apple juice
Pour single shots of the two vodkas and apple juice into a cocktail shaker, stir, and strain into a frosted martini glass.
Sapphire Martini
2 oz. Bombay Sapphire Gin
a dash of Parfait d'Amour
Gently pour the Parfait d'Amour into a chilled martini glass. Over a barspoon, pour the frozen gin so it sits over the blue liqueur. Garnish with blueberries on a toothpick.
